Yeah I was thinking the modules was the one dealing with cards and golds system, the Addons would just be use as an visual interface for the game

Just in case you found an old version, https://github.com/ElvUI-WotLK/ElvUI - I think this is what you found though, but figured I'd link it in case anyone is looking for it since it is actively being updated for 3.3.5. The same goes for https://github.com/ElvUI-WotLK/ElvUI_AddOnSkins
