Nope, it seems like if there's no required level then it just uses item level in place of required level.

Hello there. I have the issue that modules never seem to be enabled, even though I've followed the guide thoroughly. I've done the cmake, make -j7 and make install about 3 times now, but I still get error when starting up worldserver about missing scripts and server debug says in the end "No modules enabled"

My only questions would be if there are any modules listed when running cmake, if they are placed in the right location, if the compile finishes successfully etc

If used from a terminal, it will show on-screen. The same goes for GUI though, just different.
