Got a weird issue. Modified Mark of the Wild Rank 1-3, and when I cast Rank 3, it gives a buff the same as the rank 2 buff (half the values)

I set the buff and checked the applied aura, it's applying the lower rank buff

Yeah Yogg-Saron is not soloable each time I enter portal for Phase 3 since there's noone outside Yogg reset
