Well in that case, the steps taken would be
Turn off servers if they're running
Use the command `git checkout 4cd3b9c2037154e75382f0bcf78181d32a187b75`
Recompile the server and run the auth/worldservers so that they apply the relevant SQL queries
Use the command `git pull origin master` to update to the latest revision
Recompile again
And you're good to go
