so let's say that i am in a dungeon by myself. Autobalance will make the npcs hit less hard and have less hp? And with solocraft it will buff my stats?

Solocraft doesn't mention raids in their source code as far as I can tell but autobalance does. Take that as you wish but you could always try one to see if it works like you want it to.
