It seems it has something to do with my Db, i was recloning and rebuilding the whole core and using the old DB and the same problem still happened. Now i use an other DB and it instances seem to work again.

So is the guild house mod not working or ready yet? I found the sellers id and spawn them but interaction option is only close.
