I have a log of 1 million of these and no one can log in
can you tell me how to help?

Block the ip at the cable side of things. Call your isp and report a ddos attempt. Change your ip or dns, or turn it off the machine for a bit and see if they give up.

this is not hitting the vps, but the game world, and blocking the login of players.

Blocking the ip will only keep it from loggin and will still allow the ip to ping in

If its being hosted on a vps then contact the vps to let them block the ip
