Yes, it shouldn't be considered an error but just a mild warning. It's safe to ignore.

worldserver and authserver start as a service with systemd,
telnet enabled...
advices?

Ironically, 2 cores gives me about the same result but 4 suddenly drops it to near 0%.

i add 2 vcpu but with 3.6 cpulimit (to avoid proxmox freeze)

I would try to use 4 if possible. It obviously also helps when compiling. If you have it limited to 4GB ram I would worry more about that depending on how frequently you restart it. That or switch to LXC containers (native to Proxmox) rather than a full VM to really increase performance.
