oh? gnome shamans with their gnome totems is already in gamehaven't you seen the trinket from za, or the sand gnome questline in terokkar?
or in the modeledit sence, totem edits has been out for a long time. and race swaps is pretty much point and click nowadays. most change their totems to either horde/alliance type, or the totems used in zg because of their pure imbaness.
