I don't think so, a proc doesn't differ from a cast in any way (from the player/combat log interface)

you'd need to be able to tell if the creature has the aura that procs it

it's possible with a sniffer, not with combat log alone I think

3136 is a 15% chance to apply the poison.
Sat there for a long while before I ever saw a proc
