For "worldserver.conf" under the SOAP setup --> the "SOAP.IP" == the IP address that is hosting the website? Should it be the local (127.0.0.1) ???

That is the IP that is used to connect to soap. 127.0.0.1 works if you're connecting on the same machine. If it's another system on the same location network, the soap ip needs to be the local address.

So if 10.0.0.2 is AC, 10.0.0.3 is apache/iis - 10.0.0.2 is the soap.ip. If apache/iis is running on the same system, 127.0.0.1 works fine

I don't really know Windows but I imagine you have to change `MySQLExecutable = ""` to point to your mysql.exe file

Yeah, it's like mysql bind address - it has to be the one used by that machine running AC - or 127.0.0.1 if the webserver or whatever is on the same system. Of course, the website has to use that IP too.
