And buttsurgery wth 0.o okay looks similair but Blutsauger actually means Blood Sucker, it's just a german word ^^

That's the one ya need I think, can't find the other tutorial that explained how to make horns but I think this one is a similair one, if not, gonna try finding it again. Following now all kind of different tutorials but never save them or something lol.
