Does opening worldserver automatically import the module sqls, or do I manually do them before opening worldserver

If you've placed them in the `custom` folder, they should be applied after all updates.

Is anyone of devs can help me understand some prs that been merged in private. We have 2 bug reports on quests that was fixed in 1 pr and another one kinda breaks it. And i dont want to start fixing it before i can be sure its broken.
