There are some ways how to make a choice of a faction on a permanent basis, let's say I now have a pandaren neutral faction and there are 2 more pandaran factions for the alliance and the horde, how can this be done through the NPC so that when pressed, it will switch to a certain race?

Yes, I know that the pandaren went from version 5.0, I transferred them to 3.3.5 and I also want to make neutral factions with a quest chain so that they themselves choose their own faction.
