i simply downloaded that from github and dropped the 2 teleporter scripts into that folder

You're using a repack, so i'm not sure if it's actually absed on AC.
What you need to do in general to make a lua scipt work is just copy it and `.reload eluna` or restart the worldserver.

i'm not sure what these scripts are supposed to do. You might be missing sql files to make them work.
