I maintain one last thing : without a proper adaptative mounts system, you cannot learn all the mounts on any toon. You have to be at least a required level (or have a required skill). Then, while you don't have it yet, you don't know what mount you'll have in your collection. Or you have to remember all your collection (:

These spell attributes aren't exposed to Eluna, but ofc one could get them via queries at the Startup.

As far as I can remember, in cata and beyond, you had all mounts but you couldn't cast them until you had the skill. That's obviously not possible here since you can always cast them. Makes sense to only learn them at a specific level and with a specific skill.

Yes, but in terms of game desing it's going blind on your collection until you progressively (and still blindly) unlock the elements of it. I think it does not feel right user-side. The user should always know what he already unlocked.
