Using a LUA for Account Wide Mounts and it works great. Only issue is if you delete all your characters, it drops all your mounts. I assume that means its attaching to the account based on characters? Is there a way to attach to the actual account itself? So if someone has mounts, they delete all the chars from the account and make a new one ... that one will have all the mounts available ?

You could possibly create a table in acore_auth and use a trigger in lua that runs when a character learns a new spell, check if it's a mount and then add it to that table. When a character logs in, a trigger can also run to add all mount spells to that character if they do not already have it.
