Quote: Right now it only converts Draenei male to Tauren Male, the female Draenei stays as the female Draenei . Theres other patches for Female Draenei to Tauren. You have to search for The Model Edit Fix on here, and its easy to find. It will be a .rar file which you can open with this and extract the WoWME.exe to C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\Data from now on start WoW Only with the WoWME file from now on. Hope that helps you somewhat, if you wanted a female Draenei to Female or Male Tauren let me know and I might be able to do it
