This I don't quite understand what you mean. Let's say there's a teleport called `Veil Harr'ik`. The way you'd insert that into the table would be:
```sql
UPDATE `game_tele` SET `name` = 'Veil Harr''ik';
-- OR
UPDATE `game_tele` SET `name` = 'Veil Harr\'ik';
```
Doubt that's what you meant, but I want to be sure that's something you're aware of
