In theory any "custom items" tutorials for Trinity Core as example should work as the example.
Not sure it something exists for AC and what i recall when you want to update your "patch" content for the client you also need to do it for the server.
If you create Item X in the item...dbc for your client, you will have to put that on your /data folder also otherwise you client and server dont have the same content. And i dont think you need to do changes in the the DB.
But search for any "custom items" or "custom spells" tutorials
