pulling the actual PR in is just 1 command, it's the DB management that would get annoying when testing a bunch of PRs

If there's anything we've learned, or at least I have, over the past few years here is that people don't want to do any work. They want to be handed a setup where they press a single button and it does everything. That's not the majority, but the ones you mainly notice. Testing PRs is easy but not a single button thing.
