`some tables have no primary key so my workbench refuse to make changes in it` - What? What did you do to make it complain about that?

MySQL Workbench is also garbage, to be honest. It has certain limitations (and bugs) that it shouldn't have - like this one. Supposedly that's how Workbench works, you can't edit it without a primary key which is just silly. Go with another GUI editor.

Why do you think this limitation is silly? It's quite the opposite, without a primary key you can't uniquely identify a row in the database. even if the generated query had all columns in its where, it would still be confusing because in case of multiple rows with the same values, all rows would be changed which wouldn't match the expected user experience (user modified just one row in the GUI). Generally speaking all tables should have a primary key.
