In the continued tradition of "there are no simple changes", does anyone have ideas on how to resolve the issues in [this PR](https://github.com/azerothcore/azerothco...pull/17590))?

This is a boss with two simple adds. If the boss is killed, neither add should respawn even if reset. If the boss is reset without being killed, both adds should respawn.

I added a creature formation that includes the boss as leader and a [flag of 27](<https://www.azerothcore.org/wiki/creature_formations#groupai>) for assisting both ways and "everyone but leader respawns if members evade".

If the adds are killed and the boss is reset, it works as expected. If one add is killed, the boss is killed, and the remaining add is reset, both adds still come back.

I tried adding a `linked_respawn` entry, but that doesn't seem to affect this.

Ideas?
