also we dont know what exactly u did u said u deleted database but u didnt explicitly say if only world bcs for example if u kept auth and char and deleted only world and then updated core while skipping middle step of

i dont know how exactly is update performed but i can imagine keeping anything could result in state that its not clean build and so it breaks

u either make it as new build absolutely from scratch or u are going to need to go through update process u cant just do it half that way and half other way
