I've modified my `creature_template` `HealthModifier` for some npcs but I'm not seeing the changes reflected in game. Is there another step needed beyond updating the rows, rebuilding and/or restarting the server?

Oh gotcha. I didn't expect UnitHealth() to fetch from the cache but that makes sense.

The cache catches a lot of things, it's always good practice to delete it between tests
