My bash script handles everything. It'll download the source, or update it, compile it, update config files, import databases and start/stop it. That's why I have to rebuild a large chunk of it.

Nah, I wrote my own so I never have to interact with it. At 6 AM every sunday it'll run through every step and start it back up which is why I was curious. It's not the end of the world, just not what I wanted to see but at least I know and can work around that change.

Yeah, I had issues on Windows when I used MySQL unless I increased the 4MB limit - but on MariaDB no matter windows or linux it's not a problem.
