so flags is marked as unk, no one knows what it is exactly other then it comes from sniffs

informatino is consistent with tc 335, master, skyfire, and ashamanecore. all the same info with the flags on the poi part

It's weird for ObjectIndex because they are usually -1 4 16

because i seen missing and jacked up pois, the sniff team is here to help, but since ptr is sorta offline with retail, we have to race in retail to get those sniffs which takes a bit longer
