Just did :
Download fresh Spell.dbc from wiki, copied a spell (kept everything, just changed ID to create new entry), added in patch-d, I can .learn 85000 but it does not appear in spellbook but can be .cast (I learned it because if I re use .learn 85000 it says already known)
I don't really understand why
