change sheathe id to 3 if you want it on the hip. no WoWME needed. just go in game and make sure the items are safe linked and cached, close the game, then open \\World of Warcraft\Cache\WDB\enUS\itemcache.wdb and simply change it, works for anything else you wish too. use the help option too for anythin else you need to know

You could also use Glitchy's MES to do this change very easily, even if you know nothing about computers, Glitchy's program is still very simple to use.
