At least for the Spanish, French and Russian there they say (from first) to return and (from second) to talk. Probably someone got the wrong information on the english one?

Just saw in wowhead what you mean. Yeah those translated texts might be from the cata or foward. (cata at least shows to questenders being the anselm or marrah) and wotlk only being anselm
