What do you need to do to increase the control bar when a temporary pet? For example, the quest "Filling the Cages" can control Budd and use the Tag Troll spell

take your aura spell, go to glyphproperties.dbc, scan for your spellid and take the row id, scan your spell.dbc for any spells where the spell effect is 74 (apply glyph) then match the misc value a with the row id from glyphproperties.dbc then scan the item_template table for the item that has the spell.dbc spell id on it that you found
