I have no doubt at all that an addon could receive almost any information from the server. After all, we have Warden and AIO on top of that that could assist in that way.

all stats are queried from server that is reason why u need to query in first place after clearing cache otherwise it could be pulled from dbc and i dont even think that stats are in dbc

Some stats are stored in the DBCs, it has to be or there wouldn't be a config option to disable loading stats from DBCs. Either way, it was established that the server is queried for that specific part.
