I would suggest the same code I used in one of my modules but I'm not 100% sure it would work while the server is fully running
```
sObjectMgr->DeleteCreatureData(guid);
sObjectMgr->AddCreData(entry, map, position_x, position_y, position_z, orientation, spawntimesecs);
