Set bytes2 to 1 in creature_template_addon if it isn't already.
In DF the mug is missing iirc but he hits you with it.
In DF a lot of equipment goes missing when performing emotes, for some reason. That was the case with some nagas I sniffed recently, the equipment was missing but was still sent in the sniffer
