You can choose in the config to have the whole world loaded including creatures or just once people load into a zone (I believe)

i think it makes the world feel more alive when shit is happening outside of render distance but im not sure what that does to performance

if I had to gues not everything loaded it seems fairly repeatitive Im guessing its just a few rouge scripts that are doing it
