Post the backtrace. The crash logs when its built in debug or release with debug

You need to provide actual information about the issue if you expect anyone to be able to help you. If you don't want to build in Debug, then build in RelWithDebInfo. You should never, ever, build in Release. You guessing what the issue is isn't going to help anyone track down the cause.
