I just set the value of max instances to 0 in debugger to see what happens. And you can que, but it's just glitched on the transport

The concurrency issues aren't that big unless you can mess with the execution with a debugger. My load time to instances was faster than I could alt tab to another wow and hit enter to reset

it got fixed, but what could be done is you could sit at the end of a dungeon, everyone logs out, and one guy resets the dungeon
