Let me say thanks to everyone who has made a guide to help me complete this.
patch-a.MPQ - This is the basic model swap with helm fix. This also contains the resizing and Run/Walk/WalkBackwards fixes.
patch-x.MPQ - This is the Hair/Tail fix.
patch-z.MPQ - This is the Hoof fix.
There are a few things that you'll have to do yourself in order to have the perfect fix.
You'll need to resize your Weapons/Shields/L&R Shoulders/Helm and Mount. I used 1.30 in Glitchy's M2 Resizer and these sizes look right to me.
