I've been working on this one for almost 6 hours and got a big headache learning to do it and actually doing it in the end, but it worked out eventually and im happy to have it finished.
Thanks to Grymskvll i used his Jaw fixing guide, thanks to Mellexx for giving me useful guides and some tips.
I used the normal Character to character change with irfan view to change the file names and got the normal race swap, jawless and no helm fix etc.
Thanks to Glitchy for his program, i made a HuFem -> UdMale and opened it up with MWS and extracted the helm fix from there and used that one as i was to lazy to do my own helm fix.
Jaw fix was one of the biggest pains as i wanted to get a specific Facial Feature but it didnt end up the way i wanted even after lots of testing.
I got a BLPConverter and retextured/colored the ScalpLowerface and Upperface so my scalp wouldnt be a weird color and it ended up pretty perfect.
Total file size 20.03 Megabytes.

K updated, all hair textures should be black now let me know if you still have any problems.

oh and of course you need WoWMe fix.

Black you mean skin wise or hair wise? I just thought about this from your message so thanks for making me think lol. the thing is my human female has blonde hair so i changed the blonde hair textures to black ones, but that only changes the hair color for those with the blonde-ish hair. ill change all the hair textures into black hair so that your hair isnt a weird color. ill edit and update when its done.
Edit: Updated and made everyones hair black, but now i just reread your post and im thinking you meant your bone structure is all black can you post a SS? try the new patch and tell me if it works...the thing is from what ive noticed and tested is that the Original hair color is what your bones color will be slightly like, even if i change the textures hair color its still from the original hair color of your character. since my bones are not completely white a bit yellow-ish im guessing from its original hair color. even if i changed the hair color to look black the bones dont become black but they change depending the original hair color? still gotta look into this more if anyone has any ideas let me know
