I noticed that you only updated damage_base (vanilla creatures) in the table, but xp1 and xp2(BC and wrath) also seem wrong and need to be updated

they arent used anywhere and are always the same if I saw it right, so I dont think it makes a difference

it has nothing to do with the CLS system in general so I havent touched those values. I have no idea if TCs values are better than ours
