Quote:Meh can't typ full name, but theoretically it's called Gawain Druid System - Shinkirou's Absolute Defense Territory. A shield made from the Code Geass series, just because I really like Shinkirou's overall design ^^

Based off:

My own spoof:

Just hate it that images get resized every time...think I need another image uploader 0.o

DL Link:

Dunnow what to say anymore, meh only that this will be the last models I release for a while, got no inspiration or whatsoever and all my animo is used [Image: frown.gif] maybe I need to watch some new action anime to get some inspiration lol.

Quote: Very nice model there.

I think you can make the hexagon's come in different sizes to make it look better.

Or if you think you're up to it, try placing particles (o.o)

Quote:Thx for the feedback, but I tried both of them and both of them just failed miserably imo ^^ because then the scaling won't turn out so nice when I use different sizes of hexagons and it will look all messy if I rotate them etc, and particles, well I tried adding them but I just fail when it's about particles.

Quote: Well, the scale should go like this:

The hexagon in the centre should be the LARGEST, then everything else should be smaller.

I'm not sure how texturing works (yes, I'm still a noob) but I think you can photoshop an "invisible texture" and then make a layer that gives the texture a tint of red, then merging the layers and there you go, a semitransparent texture.

Then again, I don't know how texturing works =\

No need to do that... That's what texture blending is for.
