looks like you're missing the custom_unlocked_appearances table from your SQL; if I'm not mistaken, you'd need to either restore a backed up copy, or import from the source code---you could also drop the whole of acore_characters DB, but that's probably a pretty nuclear approach especially with anything that is not acore_world IMO. This all said, I'm not dev and it may be worth confirmation from a contributor
