I probably just need to learn more SQL in general, cause without Keira3/HeidiSQL I would be a little out of my depth but that does give me a place to start. Thank you

The good thing is that Keira will show you the queries at the top of the window whenever you change something so that really helps.

Yea I've seen that before, I just didn't realize I should've been backing up those changes. Is it typically ok to not store statements for the other tables as long as I am making full SQL Insert backups for them then?

I think there is still support for the quest in Felwood that allows you to change your warlock spell color to green as far as I know

The auth and characters database tend to be safe enough to just back up since those contain important data that you don't want to lose anyway.
