I don't use Windows for servers much, and when I do I always have more than enough RAM to compile with however many threads I throw at it so I don't remember how to limit the number of threads used.

I trying to understand your logic. For you may be really easy to do this fix because you know what you talk about, for me is the first time I encounter this kind of error and I don't know anything about it. So if I would have been a 3 year old kid in a basic way how would you tell me to fix this issue?
