Set them both to your LAN IP and as Mithria said restart authserver after to make sure it applies.

On the same PC as authserver is running on having realmlist set to 127.0.0.1 is fine, it should still connect

but on other PCs you have to set the LAN IP. I usually recommend to set it to the LAN IP in any client running in the same network (even on the same PC) so in case you ever want to copy the client to another PC of yours you don't have to change that to match.

127.0.0.1 just a loopback address. basically means "this computer". So if you set (in heidi) your localAddress to your machines internal ip (192.168.x.x), then other machines on your LAN will use that to connect, whereas the hosting pc itself can just use 127.0.0.1 meaning "connect to myself" basically
