idk what that means. connect to the server's mysql database. if its remote, you either need to setup an ssh tunnel to connect to it or see if your hosting provider provides an interface to interact with it

The problem is that all the IPs are configured, I don't know what needs to be changed there, but the console says that such a user is saved.

the account existing has no bearing on whether or not the authserver will allow you to connect if it is misconfigured
