AzerothCore is an emulator that you use to set up a World of Warcraft 3.3.5a server, yes. You also need a client to play on it.

ill be honest, im pretty retarded when it comes to this stuff. browsing thru the requirments, i have no idea what boost/mysql stuff is, is this just requirements to run AC or do i need these to do things to my client?
