Ok. now onto my real questions. is there a way to get rid of tbc and wrath content currently? I saw revision had a module for it but wasnt sure if thats what im looking for

Depends on what exactly you mean by that. There are a few options for progression modules, either individual or server-wide. You can also just change some conf settings to effectively limit the expansion.
That won't change things like reverting talents to be vanilla ones, though. It's still a 3.3.5 server.
