Also port checker tools are useless since most routers block the ping requests for checking ports even if they're opened

i have the modem/router combo that at&t provides, then i bought a separate router that is much better that I use for my devices that just pushes out from a hardwire directly to the att box

You can probably do it with 2 routers but I don't have a set up like that so I haven't tried with azerothcore

If you have multiple routers connected to each other (not looping) you can forward the ports to the next one in line until you reach the host IP just fine. I have done it in the past.
