its possible its a client bug that always existed. i'll try and dig up old videos of boomkins in wow wotlk and see if i can catch one unsheathing a weapon... but i doubt that happens often lmao

If nothing can be done to fix this I wonder if theres a way to simply script an addon to mute that sound when playing a moonkin or even a druid, but not on my warrior.

Cuz muting the sound isnt that hard usually, addons do sound replacements all the time (think DBM)
